The plain version
Use my guides for yourself and your own work, just don't resell them. They're general information, not advice, and AI tools change fast, so check a tool's own website before you pay for it.
Hi, I'm Cindy 🌱 This page covers how you can use my website cindyzhu.com.au and my free guides. It's short, and by using the site and guides, you agree to these terms. When I say "I" or "me", that's me, Cindy Zhu, a sole trader based in Melbourne, Australia. Questions? Just email hello@cindyzhu.com.au.
You're welcome to use my guides, prompts and templates for yourself and your own work, and I'd love for you to share a link to any guide. The one thing I ask is that you don't resell them, republish them, or pass them off as your own.
My guides share what works for me and how I use AI tools. They're general information, not financial, legal, tax or career advice. Results depend on you and your situation, so I can't promise any income or outcome.
The tools in my guides change often. Prices, features, plans and limits can be different by the time you read a guide, so always check the tool's own website before you rely on it or pay for it.
My guides link to other websites and tools. Some are affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. I don't run those websites, so I'm not responsible for their content or their products.
I work hard to keep my guides accurate and useful, but I share them as they are. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss that comes from using my website or guides. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and any other consumer laws that can't be excluded, always stay with you.
Paid programs, including AI System Club, have their own terms, which you'll see and agree to at checkout.
How I handle your information is explained in my privacy policy.
I may update these terms from time to time, and I'll change the date at the top when I do. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
